Minimum Processing…$100.00 or $.45 per pound
This includes cutting, boning, wrapping, freezing of your game.

Grinding…$.10 per pound of meat

Smoking and Sausage are an extra charge

Skinning

Hide Removal.....$45.00 plus hide

Caping.....$60.00
Antler Removal.....$5.00
Cleaning Charge:  $20.00, for any dirty pre-skinned animal.

Down Payments
A down payment is required when your game is dropped off.
Basic Cuts…$80.00
All Sausage …$100.00

Processing Policy

We have the right to refuse any trim not properly taken care of.  Trim needs to be brought in kitchen containers or bags made of non recycled materials so you will not contaminate your meat.

Pickup Policy

Due to limited space we ask that you pick up your finished meat as quickly as possible.
